For gastronomic quality salt is an essential ingredient to achieve a successful recipe! Whether it be to season meat or boil some pasta, it is inconceivable not to add salt.
Unfortunately the quantity of salt digested by the French is well above the daily amount as recommended by the WHO. In spite of repeated calls for care, the consumption does not reduce.
